Go Cart Racing For Kids Too

September 7, 2009 · Filed Under ATV

Go cart racing is really a lot of fun. You should choose big and wide enough track which allows you to race with your friends at the same time. It is much better than driving one by one and compare what time it took you to finish a lap.

If you have kids who also would like to experience racing go carts, you should never let them do so. Racing could be extremely dangerous for them. The speed which can be reached is more than 55-60mph and a wrong bend is enough for a collision. Although there are tires surrounding the entire track, you can never be sure what consequences that might arise – broken legs, arms are not something rare in that sport. Most of the hurt are mainly people who are not experienced and did not wish to take a lesson for stirring go carts.

However, you can also ensure the entertainment of your kids thanks to the innovative thinking of the companies in that branch. There are special tracks with a lower level of difficulty and lower maximum speed that could be developed. That makes it almost impossible for your children to get hurt even if they collide in surrounding material.

Those kids are obliged to take a lesson before the start. The go cart tracks are separated into different sections. Usually those are: First level of difficulty (6-10 year-old), Second level of difficulty (10-14 year-old), Third level of difficulty (14-17 year-old) and the tracks for the adults we have already talked about.

If you do not know how to get into racing go carts then there are sites and forums that will tell you how to get started in the sport. Many of them are probably closet to you and you just never knew it. There are tons of go cart tracks all over the world. To learn more check out go carts guide.
